What if I want to get coaching
but my partner, parent, child, sibling or friend doesn’t?
Can it still work?
Yes. All it takes is one person to step into these skills.
What is the fee?
$125 per hour session, in office or over the telephone. Sliding
scale is available.
How long does transformation take?
Transformation
happens in a moment of discovery. Lasting change can occur out
of one session. Many of my clients work with me on a weekly, bi-weekly,
or monthly basis for ongoing results.
Why is breath work important?
It’s easy enough to say, “I will change this thing
I don’t like.” But having lasting changes may require
breath work to re-pattern stuck thinking. Breath work allows access
to our emotions, thoughts, and memories. When we breathe, we can
move through “stuck-ness,” to new body-mind experiences
and real change.
What do I have to do for transformational coaching
to be successful?
The three essential ingredients for success are a willingness
to change a situation, revealing the truth about feelings and
events, and making a commitment to getting what you say you want.
When
can I make an appointment?
M, T, W, T 8am – 7pm. Weekends are available for workshops.
What is the cancellation policy?
I require payment for appointments cancelled with less than 24
hours notice.
Who is transformational coaching for?
My clients have included dancers, filmmakers, business people,
actors, doctors, technicians, healers, journalists, psychotherapists,
scientists, caregivers, and teachers. I enjoy working with anyone
genuinely curious about themselves and transforming their life.
What’s the difference between counseling and
coaching?
There can be as many similarities as differences. That said, in
my experience, I’ve found many counseling methodologies
do not require clients to apply learning in action, whereas coaching
does. I am not fixing you; I am guiding you towards making changes
for yourself. Through my techniques and our connections, you are
receiving insights and skills to create what you want. Out of
these insights you take inspired action, actively causing transformation
in your life.
